I am so excited to announce the launch and official startup of Little Hawk Consulting LLC. This business has been a dream of mine for many years, but one that felt like it would never happen. I may not have all the pieces of the puzzle in place, but after months of research, hard work, long days and nights, I am open for business.
“So what type of consulting do you do” I’m so glad you asked! My primary focus will be providing support, technical assistance, and training to Tribal Head Start and early learning programs. I can provide virtual services anywhere in the US. With over 15 years in this field, and experience in complex project and change management, organizational planning, facilities, and program development; I enjoy the challenge of large-scale projects and am here to ease the burden on program leaders.
I am not your typical Early Learning Professional, and I may not be your typical consultant. I am quick to smile, have a lot of tattoos, a mostly toothless Pug, and spend my spare time keeping the deer out of my garden. I am also extremely dedicated to providing exceptional service, and as a former Department Director, I understand the importance of submitting high-quality work on time.
